Annual HOA Dues are mandatory for all homeowners. If your dues are not paid by January 31st they are late and will incure late fees. After 90 days of no payment your account may be turned over to the HOA Attorney for collections. 

If your account is with the HOA Attorney you must contact them directly www.luderlaw.com or by phone 770.685.700.  Once an account is with the HOA Attorney, all correspondance must be directly through the attorney. We may offer one time fee reductions for all homeowners if they are behind before sending them to the attorney, we do try to work with everyone that needs assistance.

ALL OF THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE VOLUNTEERS AND RECEIVE NO PAY AND NO REDUCTION IN HOA DUES.

What are the HOA Dues used for?

• Landscaping of all common area (this is our largest expense) it includes cutting the lawn, trimming of all trees and shrubs, pinestraw and seasonal flowers.
• Insurance for HOA Property and HOA Directors
• Property Taxes
• Business Operating Expenses
