The Alcovy Ridge  subdivision consists of  118 homes in Dacula, Georgia. The  Homeowners Association (HOA)  serves to maintain the  public areas and the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

If you are getting ready to build a shed, put up a fence, etc. Please go to the document section and download the ARC Request form (you must be loged in) and either email or mail it in for approval. The ARC Request could take up to 45 days for approval.
